Accessibility Statement

Last updated: August 2026

vlo AI is committed to making our platform usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. Accessibility is incorporated into the design, development, and testing of our public website and application.

Our accessibility standard

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) are internationally recognized guidelines for making digital content more accessible to people with disabilities. vlo AI uses WCAG 2.2 Level AA as its accessibility target, and we continuously review and improve accessibility as the platform evolves.

Accessibility work in vlo AI considers people who:

  • navigate with a keyboard
  • use screen readers or other assistive technologies
  • have low vision
  • require sufficient color contrast
  • use browser zoom
  • prefer reduced motion
  • access vlo AI from different screen sizes or input methods

Accessibility measures

We work to support:

  • keyboard-accessible navigation and workflows
  • visible keyboard focus indicators
  • properly labeled forms and controls
  • accessible validation and error messages
  • screen-reader-friendly structure and labels
  • sufficient text and interface contrast
  • alternatives to color-only information
  • accessible dialogs, menus, dropdowns, and interactive controls
  • browser zoom and responsive layouts
  • reduced-motion preferences
  • accessible authentication, verification, and onboarding
  • accessible core workflows such as Calendar, CRM, Tasks, and Team

These are the goals we design and test against. We cannot guarantee that every feature works perfectly with every combination of assistive technology, browser, and device.

ADA and digital accessibility

The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) addresses equal access for people with disabilities. Digital accessibility is an important part of providing an inclusive experience. WCAG provides technical guidance that organizations can use when designing and evaluating accessible web experiences. This statement describes our accessibility efforts and is not legal advice.

Testing and ongoing improvement

Accessibility is an ongoing process. vlo AI uses a combination of automated accessibility testing and manual review as the platform develops, including:

  • automated accessibility scanning
  • keyboard testing
  • focus testing
  • responsive and browser-zoom testing
  • contrast review
  • screen-reader testing where appropriate
  • accessibility review of complete workflows rather than only individual screens

Because vlo AI continues to evolve, accessibility improvements are incorporated into ongoing product development.

Known limitations

We continue to test the platform across browsers, devices, and assistive technologies. Some combinations of assistive technology and browser software may behave differently. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, please contact us so we can investigate it.
