Privacy Policy

1. Overview

vlo AI ("we", "us") provides an operating system for modern organizations. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. This page is maintained by vlo AI to answer common privacy questions about the product.

2. Information we collect

• Account details you provide (name, nickname, username, email, phone, birthday).
• Organization content you create (events, tasks, CRM records, finance entries, files, messages).
• Authentication and session metadata required to keep you signed in securely.
• Basic device and usage information to operate and improve the service.

3. How we use information

We use your information to operate the workspace, sync content across your organization in real time, deliver notifications you've enabled, prevent abuse, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Sharing and visibility

Content you add to an organization is visible to other members of that organization according to their role and permissions. Contact details on your profile are hidden by default and only shared when you enable "Show contact information" in Settings → Personal → Privacy.

5. Data retention

We retain organization content for as long as your organization exists or until an authorized member deletes it. You can request account deletion at any time by contacting your organization owner or vlo AI support.

6. Security

Access is protected by row-level security policies, role-based permissions, and encrypted transport. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password and keep your device trusted.

7. Your choices

• Update or remove profile information from Settings → Personal.
• Toggle notification preferences per type.
• Disconnect linked accounts (Google, Discord, Microsoft) at any time.
• Sign out of other sessions from Settings → Sessions & security.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be surfaced in the product.
