1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using vlo AI (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials confidential. Usernames are unique and case-insensitive; nicknames may be shared.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service to violate any law or third-party right.
• Do not attempt to breach security, disrupt integrity, or reverse engineer the Service.
• Do not upload content that is harmful, unlawful, or that you do not have rights to share.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant vlo AI a limited license to host, store, and display that content solely to operate the Service for your organization.

5. Organization roles

Organization owners and administrators control roles, permissions, and content within their workspace. vlo AI is not responsible for decisions made by organization administrators.

6. Service availability

We work hard to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

7. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, vlo AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or create risk for the Service or other users.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
